Kong Chow Association's 169th Year Anniversary Lion & Dragon Exhibition

Our Association was honoured to participate in Kong Chow Association's 169th year anniversary lion and dragon meet on 7 June 2009. Representing one of the traditional styles, we showcased a traditional lion dance display comprising of members from various ages. Taking up the majority of the performers, our learning members from the youth group had their first experience performing in front of a large crowd and various troupes. Despite their inexperience, our youth members managed a decent display, though incomparable to our elder members. However, we will strive to improve with time and assist in the passing on of our troupe's traditional art! =)
