Qiu Ji Festival 2009

Our Association, together with the lion dance troupe, performed the Qiu Ji Festival praying of ancestors at Kwong Wai Siew Peck San Theng last Sunday. It was a solemn affair at the event to pay our due respect to the ancestors. After which, the custom of performing at the main hall of Peck San Theng was carried out. In the evening, the clan hosted the reception dinner at its main hall and celebrated the festival with a feast. In addition, the organising committee for our clan's anniversary, to be held in December this year, announced the progress to the members at the event.
