Our Troupe is pleased to announce that our martial arts training has included a new class on Tai-Ji (太极). This form of martial arts has been proven to have health benefits for people of all ages. Details are as follows:-
Time: 8pm, every Saturday
Venue: Hok San Association
Attire: t-shirt and long pants
