Steamboat & Countdown to 2011

Our clan had its steamboat gathering for its members in conjunction with welcoming the year 2011 last week. Organised and carried out by our youth group members, the gathering was possible with the generous support of everyone. The day started with us making a trip to the market to purchase the fresh steamboat groceries, following which a spring cleaning of the hall was made to create a conducive environment for the gathering.

At evening, the steamboat gathering began following by our welfare in charge Mr Wu. In addition to that, the occasion was made joyous with activities such as karaoke amongst the members. When the clock struck 12 midnight, party poppers and the roar of the drum, and not forgetting about the loud cheers from our members welcomed the year of 2011! May it be a smoother year than the previous for everyone! Cheers!
